How I Help

My calling is to guide people through the threshold of life’s most vulnerable moments, with compassion, presence, and spiritual understanding.

I bring over two decades of frontline and operational experience in emergency communications, alongside 30 years as a choreographer and movement educator. Working in a 911 center exposed me to life-and-death situations daily, teaching me to remain calm under pressure, communicate clearly, and support people in their most vulnerable moments.

Facing my own death anxiety prompted me to explore dying deeply, which led me to complete End-of-Life Doula training in 2020. Since then, I have continued my self-education and spiritual exploration, developing a relationship with mortality that blends compassion, hope, and reverence

Even with that experience, it wasn’t until the COVID-19 pandemic that mortality became personal for me..

As an empath and medium working from a spiritualist lens, I provide a safe space for individuals and families whose beliefs include the existence of life beyond death. I hold space for grief, support end-of-life planning, and help people navigate transition with dignity, presence, and a sense of spiritual comfort

Whether your journey involves facing mortality personally, supporting a loved one, or integrating death-awareness into organizational or community practices, I offer guidance grounded in empathy, experience, and a deep respect for both life and what comes after.

I am grateful to the growing number of death education pioneers out there who have started to create a body of knowledge that is relatable, useful and relevant.  And whose work, continues to inspire and inform my own practice.
